If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

All materials provided by DeceptionDMA are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

1.5 Intended Use – Offline and LAN Environments Only

IMPORTANT – PRODUCT INTENDED USE LIMITATION

DeceptionDMA products, including hardware, firmware, software, and any related services ("Products"), are designed and intended exclusively for use in offline single-player environments and private Local Area Network (LAN) setups.

Examples of permitted use include:

• Single-player game enhancement or modification
• Private LAN party gameplay with consenting participants
• Local testing, development, or research purposes
• Offline training, bot practice, or custom server environments

Our Products are NOT intended, designed, or authorized for use in any online multiplayer games, public servers, matchmaking services, ranked play, or any environment connected to third-party online services.

Any use of the Products in online multiplayer contexts:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Will result in immediate termination of access, license revocation, and potential permanent ban from our services without refund
• Is done entirely at your own risk

DeceptionDMA expressly disclaims any endorsement, support, or warranty for online use. We do not provide features, updates, or assistance intended to facilitate or evade detection in online environments.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Product, you acknowledge and agree that you will use it solely in offline or private LAN settings and accept full responsibility for any consequences of misuse.

2. Eligibility

a. You must be 18 years or older to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

b. We may refuse access to any user or region at our sole discretion.

c. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is legal in your jurisdiction.

d. The Services are for personal use only and not for resale or transfer to third parties.

3. License and Restrictions

a. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to temporarily download and use one copy of the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

b. Under this license you may NOT:

• Modify, copy, or redistribute the materials
• Use the Services for commercial or public purposes
• Reverse engineer, bypass protections, or attempt to access the source code
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

c. The license terminates automatically if these Terms are violated and may be revoked at any time. You must destroy all downloaded materials upon termination.

4. Disclaimer

The Services and materials are provided "as is", with no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, performance, or non-infringement.

DeceptionDMA does not guarantee:

• That Services will remain undetected by anti-cheat software
• Accuracy, reliability, or uptime
• Compatibility with every system or future updates
• Any functionality, safety, or undetectability in online environments (Products are intended solely for offline/LAN use per Section 1.5)

You accept full responsibility for any consequences of using our Services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeceptionDMA shall not be liable for any damages including, without limitation:

• Account bans or penalties
• Loss of data, revenue, or hardware
• System malfunction or downtime
• Inability to use the Services
• Any consequences arising from online multiplayer use, which is strictly prohibited under Section 1.5

You assume all risk associated with the use of cheating/enhancement software.

6. Updates and Changes

All pricing, features, materials, and content are subject to change at any time without notice.

There is no guarantee that discontinued or broken features will be fixed or updated.

7. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for the content of any third-party websites linked within our Services.

Accessing those links is done at your own risk and does not imply endorsement.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time without notice.

Continuing to use the Services means you agree to the most current version.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

(If needed, we can set USA or another jurisdiction.)

10. Purchases, Refunds & Subscriptions

10.1 Subscription Policy

• Refunds are only granted when an issue is proven to be fully on DeceptionDMA's side
• Unactivated subscriptions can be exchanged for equal or lower value only
• Upgrades/downgrades after purchase are not permitted
• "Lifetime" access means access for as long as that specific Service exists — if discontinued, no compensation or refund will be issued
• No refunds if the Service has been successfully used, even once
• Payment fraud → instant permanent ban
• Selling, sharing, cracking, or tampering with software → permanent ban
• HWID lock bypass attempts → termination of access
• Subscriptions can be terminated at any time without financial liability
• We do not guarantee any specific uptime or duration of availability

10.2 Money-Back Guarantee

A 24-hour money-back guarantee applies if:

• The product is completely non-functional
• Our support is unable to resolve the issue
• The software has not successfully worked for the user
• A support ticket is submitted within the 24-hour period

The guarantee does not cover:

• User mistakes
• Game or OS incompatibility
• Anti-cheat detections
• Violations of these Terms

Proof may be required.

10.3 Hardware Products

• All sales are final unless the error is on our side
• Orders cannot be canceled once placed
• Shipping address changes allowed only before label creation
• Defective products are replaced after we receive and inspect the original
• No refunds after item has shipped unless legally required

11. Online Gaming Responsibility

By using enhancement or cheat-related Services in any online context (which is strictly prohibited under Section 1.5), you voluntarily choose to violate game EULAs.

You agree that:

• All risks, bans, and penalties are solely your responsibility
• DeceptionDMA is not liable for third-party intellectual property claims
• You will defend and indemnify DeceptionDMA against any such claims

12. User Conduct

Users may not:

• Use our Services for illegal activity
• Abuse, disrupt, or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Attempt to modify or redistribute our Services

Violations result in termination without refund.

13. Account Security

You are solely responsible for your login credentials and any activity on your account.

We do not restore access lost due to account sharing.
