This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all purchases made through DeceptionDMA.

Effective 16 November 2025By purchasing from us, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are only provided in circumstances expressly stated in this policy or where legally required.
2. Digital Products (Software, Keys, Licenses, Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products:
- All digital product sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued after delivery of a license key, account access, download link, loader, or software file.
- No refunds will be issued for change of mind.
- No refunds will be issued for system incompatibility.
- No refunds will be issued for failure to read product requirements.
- No refunds will be issued for bans, suspensions, or third-party platform actions.
- No refunds will be issued for user error, improper configuration, or lack of technical knowledge.
Delivery of a digital product constitutes full performance of the contract.
If a digital product is proven to be materially defective and unusable as supplied, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Repair the issue
- Replace the product
- Reissue access
- Provide a refund where legally required
3. Hardware Products
All hardware sales are final.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Incompatibility with customer hardware, software, firmware, or system configuration
- Improper installation or misuse
- Third-party interference or modification
Customers are solely responsible for verifying compatibility prior to purchase.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch.
If a hardware product is confirmed defective upon inspection, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Provide an equivalent product
- Issue a refund if required by law
Returned hardware must:
- Be approved in writing prior to return
- Be returned in original condition
- Not show signs of misuse, tampering, or modification
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing from us, you agree to contact support prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback may result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Permanent service ban
- Blacklisting from future purchases
- Submission of evidence to payment processors
We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with supporting transaction, access, and usage records.
5. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
- Any non-refundable processing fees may be deducted where permitted by law.
